We are in need of an Online Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be
responsible for managing our database, setting our agents up for success, and leading

Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions, and building plans in the database for the agents to follow
- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
- Hold accountable the inside sales agents to the standards set
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
- Over 1 year of management experience preferred
Compensation
$50,000 salary + bonuses
